Cindy is a fitness professional based in Chicago, Illinois.

As a fitness trainer, she offers strength training, flexibility and mobility training, circuit training, and calisthenics/bodyweight training. Whether you’re new to fitness or trying to get back into shape after a long hiatus, she is here to motivate and help you achieve your health and fitness goals and develop sustainable habits for a healthy and balanced life. She’s work with clients of various backgrounds and fitness levels with varying goals including beginners, elderly, prenatal and postnatal, weight loss, reducing body fat, gaining lean body mass, post-rehabbing from injuries, as well as, improving general flexibility, mobility, and balance. She can also provide nutritional coaching to help you construct a delicious and balanced diet that fuels your lifestyle.

As a massage therapist, she provides individualized therapeutic treatments based on each client’s specific goals and needs, whether it’s for injury rehabilitation, pain relief, or general stress reduction and relaxation. Cindy completed the Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 2018 and also acquired continuing education in mat-based treatments. She received training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, Tui Na, Thai massage, aromatherapy, as well as Asian modalities such as guasha and cupping therapy.
